Purges unused contact addresses that are no longer attached to any messages.
This plugin attaches itself to your existing maintenance job that be default runs once a day. Testing on my sites that has around four years and had over 10,000 contacts and 200,000 messages in the system ran in just a few min leaving me with a much smaller database when it was done.
This besides purging un-needed data out of a system it also will remove addresses from the autofill list pull down so it only list active addresses. I am sure there are a few other places this will help as well.

Creates a new index to messages.address_id.
Warnings
Version 4.3.X will only work with 4.3.0 or 4.3.1 as the api changed from 4.2.3 so it wont work with 4.2.x or 4.1.x please use 4.2.3 with those releases.
Version 4.2.3 should work with version of Cerberus 4.1.x and 4.2.x but it hasn't been tested it is recommended that you upgrade to 4.2.3 before using this plug-in.
