Event Assignment is a project I created that adds in a new behaviour for when someone is added as a Watcher and/or Owners using Virtual Attendants (Currently only under worker settings) it works inside the ticket scope not the notification scope allowing diff options to be done.
* Requires 5.4.3 for the new owner function.
