[CHD-1594] [Support Center] After Confirmation Code is posted we need to display a user friendly message.

I am testing my installation. I added my self and received a confirmation code. I entered the confirmation code and was left on the "registration" page. I found that confusing. Is it possible for me to change that so that after entering the confirmation code correctly users see a user friendly message such as "You are now registered, please login".

Note. I need to revisit this to make the display translatable.

The Cerb5 Patch was broken with the support center changes do no use if you have downloaded. This will not be upgraded to Cerb5.
