[CHD-1558] [Time Tracking] Sum of all individual entries on the ticket display

There is no field which indicates to total time spent on a ticket in the ticket view. The only thing we have is the list of comments showing individual tracks. A time spent field showing the total amount of time for a ticket would be very convienient (sum of all time tracking entries).
