[CHD-1347] Disabled cron jobs could be shown more clearly

The text "runs every 5 minutes" is misleading if the cron job is disabled. The text should show "disabled" in addition to changing the icon. (Some of us tend to read the text instead of noticing that there are different icons for enabled or disabled.)

My current patch removes the "Run every X minutes" from the display.
