Added new 2 new patches into the branch. Also the zip now include devblocks as well.

[CHD-1656] [Time Tracker] Make the notes field longtext the same a comment instead of limiting to just 255 Char.
[CHD-1659] [Templates] Convert static templates to Dymantic Generated templates with plugin points.

Adding Jira/chd-1656 now time tracker is no longer limited to 255 char.
